ValueOutOfRange

data class ValueOutOfRange(val column: String, val row: Int?, val unit: String) : ConvertingMismatch

A date-time value did not fit the target field's range at all — for example an instant in the year 2500 saved into a Timestamp(NANOSECOND, …) field, which is an int64 nanosecond count and so only spans 1677–2262.

Unlike PrecisionReduced the value cannot be stored in any form, so it is dropped: written as null, or refused with a ConvertingException when the mode has strictType on. Dropping it needs a nullable target field to drop it into — writing null into a non-nullable one would emit a file contradicting its own schema — so there it is refused whatever the mode. Reported once per column, for the first row where it happens. Supply a target Schema with a coarser time unit to avoid it.
