data class PrecisionReduced(val column: String, val row: Int?, val unit: String) : ConvertingMismatch

A date-time value did not fit the target field's precision and its trailing digits were dropped — for example a nanosecond instant saved into a Timestamp(MICROSECOND, …) field.

Reported once per column, for the first row where it happens. Supply a target Schema with a finer time unit to avoid it.
