Returns the previous leaf element in the tree, or null if there is none. Empty leaves are skipped if skipEmptyElements.

fun PsiElement.prevLeaf(filter: (PsiElement) -> Boolean): PsiElement?

Returns the nearest preceding leaf that satisfies filter, or null if there is none.
