Columns Selector
ColumnsSelector is a lambda function expecting a ColumnsResolver<C> (SingleColumn<C> or ColumnSet<C>) result given an instance of ColumnsSelectionDsl<T> as context (this and it). ColumnsResolver<C> can be selected or expressed.
