valuesAreComparable()

Returns true if this column is intra-comparable (mutually comparable), i.e., its values can be compared with each other and thus ordered.

If true, operations like min(), max(), median(), etc. will work.

Technically, this means the values' common type T(?) is a subtype of Comparable<in T>(?)
