CellAttributes

This represents a collection of CSS cell attributes that can be applied to a cell in an HTML-rendered dataframe.

Cell attributes are created inside the FormattingDsl by calling FormatClause.with or FormatClause.perRowCol.

Multiple attributes can be combined using the and operator.

For instance:

df.format().with {background(white) andtextColor(black) }
